WELCOME
Welcome to your gallery. These terms are here to help protect your memories, clarify expectations, and ensure a smooth experience for everyone who visits.
GALLERY ACCESS
Client galleries are delivered through a private online platform. Clients are responsible for safeguarding gallery links and passwords. Love Mack Photography LLC is not responsible for unauthorized sharing of gallery access by the client or their guests.
GALLERY EXPIRATION
Galleries remain active for one year from the delivery date unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images prior to the expiration date. Expired galleries may be reopened when available for a $50 gallery restoration fee.
The Photographer recommends maintaining at least two backups of all delivered images. Long-term storage is not guaranteed.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Love Mack Photography LLC. Purchasing photography services grants the client a personal-use license for downloading, printing, and sharing images. This does not include commercial usage rights. Please contact the Photographer to discuss commercial licensing.
Clients may share images online for personal use. Images may not be altered, heavily filtered, or edited in a way that changes the Photographer’s original work. Credit to @lovemackphotographyllc is appreciated but not required.
Delivered images include a personal print release for printing through the client’s preferred lab. The Photographer is not responsible for color accuracy or print quality from third-party labs.
Watermarked preview images may not be copied, screenshot, downloaded, or reproduced in any form. Final delivered images are provided without watermarks unless otherwise stated.
If an image is delivered with a watermark due to pending payment or licensing, the watermark may not be removed or altered. Full-resolution, unwatermarked files are only provided upon full payment and licensing agreement.
Clients may not submit delivered images to artificial intelligence editing, enhancement, or image-generation tools without written permission.
DOWNLOADS & BACKUPS
While Love Mack Photography LLC may archive images after gallery expiration, long-term storage is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their files.
GALLERY SHARING
Shared gallery links may be provided for clients to distribute to family and friends. Guests may have the ability to view and purchase prints directly through the gallery platform. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
The Photographer is not responsible for unauthorized sharing of links, nor for actions taken by individuals who gain access to a gallery through the client.
The Photographer is not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, or technical issues caused by third-party gallery hosting providers.
AGREEMENT
By accessing, downloading, sharing, or purchasing products through a Love Mack Photography LLC client gallery, users agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice.
